Job Summary:
The Phone Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting customers through voice support while promoting products and services, handling inquiries, and driving sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in voice-based customer service.
Qualifications:
College level
With at least 1 year of Customer Service voice experience in a BPO setting
Experience in phone sales is an advantage but not required
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
