The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the organization to patients seeking routine health testing or important diagnostic insights. This role is responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the collection process.
