Position Overview
Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Houston, TX 77074 including Sugarland and Southwest area.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday hours will vary between 5am – 7pm, and rotating Saturdays; additional days and hours may be required
Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
