This role focuses on performing high-volume blood draws in an outpatient setting, accurately processing and packaging specimens, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery to the testing laboratory. The phlebotomist works closely with clinic staff to organize daily schedules, maintain specimen integrity, and support a smooth and professional patient experience.
Responsibilities

+ Perform blood draws (venipuncture) approximately 25–30 times per day, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

+ Collect blood specimens accurately, following proper order of draw and using BD Vacutainer tube colors correctly for multiple tube collections.

+ Process specimens promptly after collection, including proper labeling, handling, and preparation for transport.
