Position Overview
Job Purpose
To develop, coordinate, and manage high?quality BIM models and drawings for Public Health Engineering (PHE) systems across projects, ensuring design accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with BIM standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
BIM Modelling & Design
Prepare BIM models and drawings based on approved design inputs, specifications, and standards.Develop scheme and detailed drawings for water supply, sanitary, and drainage systems.Create BIM models for all PHE systems, including: Internal water supply and sanitary systemsExternal water supply and sewer networksStormwater drainage systemsLandscape irrigation systemsInternal and external effluent drainage systemsUnderstand vendor/shop drawings and convert them into accurate BIM models when required.Coordination & Review
