Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS invites applications from high-calibre PhD candidates with engineering backgrounds for full-time research positions. Research areas include Process Integration, Energy Management, and Circular Economy. Selected candidates will receive a monthly subsistence allowance of RM3,000.

The UTP Graduate Assistantship Scheme covers tuition and research fees but not additional costs. Candidates are expected to fulfill teaching assistantship responsibilities and research days per month. The expected start date is September 2026.
