To determine cell-type specific alteration in the transcriptome by interferon signaling
To investigate the effect of loss-of-function of regulatory factors in controlling cardiac immunometabolism using transgenic mouse models
To unravel the intercellular communication in healthy vs diseased heart in mice and human models
To utilize computational modeling and integrate single-cell multiomics data
To coordinate research projects with other members in the group Master degree in Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/Cell Biology/ Life Sciences/ related subjects
Candidate must have experience in molecular cell biology techniques (cloning, transfection, qPCR, IHC, IP, IF etc.)
Candidate must be willing and comfortable working with mouse models and gaining experience on experimental rodent models of heart failure, inflammation and obesity is essential
