United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experience Pharmacy Technician for their Medication History Pharmacy Technician position.
Medication History Pharmacy Technician obtains a comprehensive and accurate medication history within 24 hours of admission through direct interviews with the patient and/or caregiver, as well as communication with the patient's provider and outpatient pharmacy.
