Medication Historian Technicians (MHTs) play a vital role in ensuring accurate and complete medication histories, directly supporting safe, high-quality patient care.
* Patient-facing care (onsite and virtual):MHTs interact directly with patients either at the bedside or through our state-of-the-art virtual care camera technology to review and clarify current medication use. Whether onsite or virtual, this role offers meaningful, direct patient interaction every day.
