Intake Pharmacy Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intake Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing incoming prescriptions, ensuring accuracy of patient and provider information, and supporting pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Receive and process incoming prescriptions and referrals

+ Accurately enter patient, provider, and medication information into pharmacy systems

+ Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations when needed

+ Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

+ Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

+ Maintain accurate and organized records
