We are launching a new Outpatient Pharmacy Support Center to enhance and support our growing pharmacy services. This center will serve as a central hub designed to transform how patients connect with their medications, pharmacists, and care teams.
This is more than a traditional call center roleβit is an opportunity to be part of a modern, service-driven pharmacy model that places patients, quality, and teamwork at the center of everything we do. In addition to managing centralized pharmacy calls, the team will provide remote support to pharmacy operations by assisting with workflow steps, coordinating next actions, and resolving patient or provider concerns.
