Job Summary: We seek an individual to work under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist Leader. The Technician Supervisor serves as a key member of the local pharmacy leadership team. This role provides visible, value-driven leadership that emphasizes best practices, prioritizes patient safety, and supports high-value care and optimal patient outcomes across Emory Healthcare. Primary duties and responsibilities: Leadership and Management: 1. The Supervisor oversees daily operations of pharmacy technician staff, including new hire orientation, onboarding, training, and cross-training across all pharmacy areas. 2.
