Position Overview
- Supervise and lead pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and support staff
- Oversee prescription dispensing to ensure accuracy, safety, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory, ordering, and control of medicines and supplies
- Provide drug information, counseling, and guidance to patients and healthcare providers
- Monitor pharmacy performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and quality standards
- Handle customer concerns and maintain a high service standard
- Coordinate with medical professionals, suppliers, and management
- Prepare required reports and documentation
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff
