We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Misrata, Libya. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a strong background in hospital or clinical pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical care
• Implement pharmacy policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and reporting related to pharmacy services
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff.
