Job Purpose

To ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic and to provide service excellence by leading the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care and meet sales and compliance targets.

Job Objectives

• To ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing including generic substitution, and provide advice within Clicks’ way of working and legal scope of practice.
• To manage operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration in line with SAPC regulations and company standards.
• To achieve financial viability through sound financial management and proactive action.
