Minimum Requirements:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license required.
• Retail pharmacy experience required.
• Experience with PioneerRx order entry system preferred.
• Ability to fill orders, verify technician-prepared products prior to release, and accurately enter patient and order information.
• Maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances.
• Three days of training/orientation required prior to start.
