Job Summary

Leads, oversees and ensures the successful delivery and management of projects/systems within scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value. Clinical subject matter expert, and often end user who participates in the selection, planning, and execution of products, services, or outcomes outside of the department scope or regular business duties. May also initiate projects under the direction of pharmacy administration to enhance existing operations. Works with pharmacy executives, directors, functional managers, and clinical pharmacists on a regular basis as well as non-pharmacy clinical, ancillary, informational services, and marketing teams.
