Job Description You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at the outpatient pharmacy. Your duties include:
- Counselling and dispensing of medication
- Teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication.
- You will also need to help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
- In addition, you will be required to participate in corporate quality improvement projects.
