Summary:
A 52-week post-graduate educational training program under the direction of an advanced pharmacy preceptor(s).
Responsibilities:
Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Develops knowledge, skills, and experience to become an advanced pharmacy clinician who manages and improves the medication use process ensuring safe, appropriate, and cost-effective therapies for patients. Develops and expands upon the knowledge and skills required to provide evidence based, patient-centered medication therapy management within interdisciplinary teams. Develops leadership skill to effect change within the pharmacy clinical and operation sections of acute care hospitals.
