We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join our team on site in Lebanon, TN. This role is crucial in maintaining our business operations and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. The position primarily involves working closing shifts and every other weekend, with hours from Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:30pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities

+ Cover shifts including nights and weekends.

+ Be available on call after hours on a weekend rotation.

+ Collaborate effectively with a team of three other pharmacists.

+ Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and DEA standards.

+ Manage medication packaging for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or assisted living populations.

+ Coordinate med pass schedules and facility delivery.

+ Address clinical questions from facility staff after hours.
