The pharmacist is responsible for safe and proper storage and supply of medicine and medical equipment for the entire health facilities and main store.
The pharmacist is also required to act as receptionist in the clinic for registering all patients visiting the clinic.
Ensure no medicine is misused. Assure transparent issuance and record keeping.
The pharmacist is responsible for medicine in and out to the clinic and shall be accountable for all medicine quality, quantity and expiry dates.
Identify and report problems that interfere with the delivery of services.
Ensure safe, clean and proper storage of all medicine and other medical equipment within the storages.
Attend coordination meetings related to pharmaceutical issues.
Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports of the Program Coordinator/Medical Doctor.
Carry out any other task as assigned by management.
