**SUMMARY**

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, and managing financial and personnel functions to maintain optimal performance. They also provide patient care services, including counseling and training pharmacy associates, while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and legal compliance.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Registers with state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
+ Oversees for maintaining the pharmacy in good standing with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
