Summary The Facility Program Manager (FPM) has program oversight responsibilities for various sections within Pharmacy Service. The FPM is responsible for the specialty functions unique to the program to optimize cost effectiveness and patient outcomes, as well as the daily professional and clinical operations of their service, the quality assurance program, including staff education, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, SOPs and evidence-based treatment protocols for the their service.
