Job Role:
 Pharmacist
Band: 6JOB INTRODUCTION:

Candidate must be a qualified Pharmacist – Band 6, and duties would include clinical checking, accuracy checking and handout of medication in an outpatient setting. We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist, full training and support will be provided.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

Working in a team delivering in-house pharmaceutical services within a hospital setting.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
AHPs should have 1 year of experience

HCPC registered

The quality of medicines supplied to patients

Ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law

Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable

Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur, and answering patients’ questions.
