Summary The Inpatient Pharmacy at the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC), is responsible for controlling and providing medications to patients and health care providers through a variety of avenues (unit dose, IV admixtures, controlled substance, outpatient prescriptions, etc.), providing information to staff, health care providers, and patients, in addition to managing allocated resources as efficiently as possible.
