Key Responsibilities

1. Pharmacy Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day university pharmacy operations.
• Ensure smooth dispensing, stock availability, and service quality.
• Coordinate prescription fulfillment and OTC medicine management.
• Support implementation of SOPs, operational protocols, and service standards.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Monitor medicine inventory, reorder levels, expiry management, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize wastage and stock-outs.
• Conduct periodic audits and inventory reviews.
