Planning & Forecast Analyst

Planning & Forecast Analyst role is to provide planning & forecasting support to either the Planning & Forecasting Lead or in-market FD. This includes managing the preparation of in-market annual and monthly forecasts and preparing monthly management reports for the in-market FD to evaluate performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the market with the preparation of the monthly forecast (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), Standards Setting (FLIP) and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Prepare monthly Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX (overall P&L) and Cash Flow forecast.
• Create, update and maintain financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market (CCC process).
• Perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
• Provide commentary on variances for P&L and BS lines versus Actuals, ABP, LY and prior forecast.
