Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production / Completion / Well Operations Engineer with strong experience in ESP systems and well optimization activities. The role involves planning and supervising rig-based well operations, including ESP design, installation, commissioning, and acid stimulation activities, as well as leading completion optimization initiatives with a focus on improving ESP performance and reliability. The engineer will also be responsible for planning and supervising rig‑less operations such as wireline and slickline interventions, interpreting acquired data to support well intervention decisions, and analyzing production performance and well behavior to propose technical solutions that enhance field production.
