Overview
Under general guidance completes the following activities:
- Track shipment monitoring, interpreting tracking updates in FedEx systems and operations;
- Assist customer in preparing shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance, shipping request preparation, and special notification related to worldwide pickup and delivery;
- Assist customers with locating packages, answering questions about FedEx products and services, providing in-person customer service at the counter or on the phone;
- Carry out shipment preparation with updates to FedEx systems;
- Update and analyze operational reports (Timecard, Scans, CEBS, EOPS);
- Carry out delivery routing;
- Monitoring airlines and FedEx support areas;
- Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of contents including weight and size, proper packaging, insurance values, special requirements for shipment of ...
