Personal Secretary
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Personal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated administrative and personal support exclusively to the Chairman.
• Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
• Arrange and manage travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and other reservations as required.
• Conduct online research using Google, AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT), and other reliable sources to gather information and prepare concise summaries.
• Prepare, edit, format, and compile professional documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
• Create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
