Description

This role will serve as the Product Growth Leader for the Consumer Personal Loan business, accountable for defining and managing product strategy, value proposition, and performance. Leader will ensure the portfolio drives profitable growth, aligns with enterprise objectives, and meets customer needs through product experience and disciplined business management. This position will be responsible for successful P&L management and related business analysis, sales support, marketing support, and product management activities.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Establish and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the Personal Loan product suite, identifying opportunities for CX enhancement and competitive differentiation.
