As the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio, providing tailored solutions for VIP and High Net Worth clients. Your role will involve direct client interactions and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Create and bind new insurance policies for clients
• Identify additional coverage options for existing clients
• Perform policy reviews and handle renewals efficiently
• Answer phone calls and provide assistance as needed
Requirements:
• Level 1 Alberta insurance license; Level 2 preferred
• Minimum three years as a Personal Lines Broker
