* Handle cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demands.
* Carry out depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
* Appear at hearings and court proceedings.
* Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
* Negotiate settlements.
* Work with paralegals and support staff to resolve cases.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
