Job Summary:

The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.
