Our client is a highly-regarded defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a defendant personal/catastrophic injury associate. Applicants must be 2–5 years PQE with previous multi-track defendant personal injury experience. You can expect apetitive salary and hybrid working structure.

Your new role

This Personal Injury Associate role will see you:

Manage a diverse caseload ofplex liability and injury claims, including catastrophic injury matters.

Handle both pre-litigation and litigated files, up to a high multi-track level.

Advise on employers’ liability (EL), public liability (PL), motor, product liability, and defective premises/property claims.

Liaise with a range of clients, including insurers, public sector clients, local authorities, restaurants, retails and clients in the leisure industry.
