Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant to provide day-to-
day and high-level support to our executive/manager. The role involves managing schedules, handling
communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with both administrative and
personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities
Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records
Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments/events when required
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
