Job Responsibilities - Safely drive the employer (boss) to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, road tax, insurance, and inspections when required.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is always ready for use.
- Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings or documents.
- Run personal and company-related errands as instructed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
- Keep records of mileage, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
- Be available for overtime, weekend, public holiday, or ad hoc assignments when necessary.
