Personal Computer Support Technician (PCST)

This Personal Computer Support Technician (PCST) position is responsible for providing a wide variety of IT services at a NASA center. These services may include end user support of compute, mobile, and print devices. The services may include the occasional support of inventory management of IT equipment under the direction of the center NEST Center Operations Manager (COM). In this position, the candidate will also be responsible for the timely and accurate management of IT equipment that directly supports computer operations on the NASA End-user Services & Technologies (NEST) program. Examples of such equipment will include laptops, desktops, peripherals, and all other IT equipment that is orderable on the approved NASA catalog.
