As the Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Personal Care (PC) category in Arabia, you will lead the demand and supply planning agenda for the PC categories, sitting at the core of the S&OP process. You will partner closely with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, Marketing, Sourcing Units, Market & Sales Organizations, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to deliver an integrated volume and sales plan. You will own the short‑, mid‑ and long‑term sales forecast, proactively manage demand‑supply risks and secure sustainable business performance across Skin Cleansing, Oral, and Deodorants sub‑categories.
