Grade: 2 Non-exempt

Immediate Supervisor: RN Trainer/Supervisor


Basic Function or Position Summary:

Provides assistance to meet the basic activities of daily living, to patients in their homes. This is accomplished by helping with housekeeping, shopping, errands, meal preparation and laundry. All tasks are completed as per the patient plan of care and under the direct supervision of the RN Trainer/Supervisor. THERE IS NO PERSONAL CARE.Salary $17.55/hourly
