Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying their needs and providing advice and guidance regarding financial solutions in their best interest. Works collaboratively within the branch and through various channels with BMO partners to create desired customer experiences and achieve overall business objectives.
- Takes the lead in proactively engaging customers and prospects by conducting needs‐based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
- Engages customers to complete needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels while recommending tailored solutions that address sales and service needs (everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, home financing, small business solutions).
- Offers clients advice and guidance on available digital and self‑serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
- Supports customer transaction needs based on traffic.
