About the Role: The Gentleman suffers from poor mental health and is moving into his own tenancy and beginning an exciting new chapter towards independent living. We’re looking for a kind, patient, and reliable Support Worker to help him feel safe, supported, and confident in his own home. This role is about encouragement, reassurance, and helping him to take pride in himself and his surroundings, while offering emotional support and keeping an eye on his wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Him with his transition to independent living
• Helping him maintain his home, including light household chores and changing bed linen
• Encouraging and supporting good personal hygiene
• Motivating him to take pride in his home and personal space
