• Handle personal travel planning (itineraries, bookings, changes, follow-ups)

• Coordinate household-related tasks, vendors, and services as required
• Act as a trusted executor for sensitive, time-critical personal matters

2. Professional Support & Day-to-Day Enablement
• Be the COO’s right hand for execution, not strategy
• Manage follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking from meetings or discussions
• Prepare basic briefs, summaries, notes, or reference material when needed
