Responsibilities The Personal Assistant provides best‑in‑class executive support to the CEO, handling a wide range of critical duties to ensure smooth and seamless business processes.
- Provide general administrative support and personal assistance to the CEO.
- Act as the initial point of contact for the CEO & the Executive Leaders, assessing priorities and coordinating day‑to‑day requests.
- Manage the CEO’s diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance.
- Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including sensitive or confidential ones; determine appropriate course of action.
- Perform general administration tasks, including handling all official correspondence and making travel arrangements.
