Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and daily administrative activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Track project progress and support documentation activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with Purchase Orders (POs), Letters of Award (LOAs), and project-related paperwork.
