Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director
- Coordinate various external liaison and public relations work
- Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, meetings, reports completion
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including airline, accommodation, transport, visas, travel itinerary, etc.
- Responsible for the implementation and reminder of the working documents issued by the Director
- Responsible for the company's confidential management and confidentiality work
- Conduct market research and organizational activities that Director requires
- Taking minutes and keeping track of job tasks
- Organizing the company's corporate activities
- Assist in HR and admin-related matters
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
