Provide administrative assistance, draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
Develop and ensure efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Verify and check all incoming documents for Director’s approval/signature.
Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre‑meeting briefings and meeting papers and preparing meeting minutes.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements including flights, visa applications and hotel reservations.
Handle personal, private matters professionally and confidentially.
Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information for the Director.
Manage the Director’s calendar, assess the priority of appointments and meetings and schedule meetings as necessary.
Undertake special assignments, ad‑hoc functions and related duties as required by the Director.
