Position Overview
Role PurposeThe PA/EA provides executive coordination support to ensure the Office runs with discipline, confidentiality and time control. This is an executive-support role requiring diary ownership, document accuracy, follow-up discipline and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendar, meeting schedules, reminders and diary discipline.Coordinate meetings, visitors, travel, files, agendas and briefing papers.Prepare basic minutes, follow-up trackers and document movement records.Maintain confidential correspondence, filing, scanning, PDF handling and office records.Support Deputy Co S in document control, version tracking and routine MIS coordination.Ensure timely follow-up on action points and maintain a daily/weekly task tracker.Qualification & Skills Required:Minimum 3 years experience supporting senior leadership preferred, especially in higher education, large institutions, corporate offices, armed forces/public sector or executive administration.Graduate degree mandatory...
