As a Personal Assistant at Solid Projects, you’ll work directly with our founder to keep schedules on track, priorities aligned, and tasks flowing. From coordinating calendars to drafting quick notes and managing day-to-day admin, your role will be to simplify the complex, pre-empt what’s needed, and keep momentum moving. We’re looking for someone who’s part organiser, part problem-solver, and 100% reliable.
