Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and coordinate the Founder & Directorβs calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
Take accurate meeting notes and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), ensuring timely circulation and action tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Assist with daily administrative and operational requirements.
Personal Assistance
Coordinate personal appointments, including medical consultations and other commitments.
Track bill payments, financial updates, renewals, and important deadlines.
Manage reminders, errands, and personal administrative tasks as required.
Support with personal travel planning and logistics when needed.
